Abu Bakr (RA), whose full name was Abdullah ibn Abi Quhafah, was the closest companion of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the first Caliph of Islam. He was born in Mecca around 573 CE and was known as 'As-Siddiq' (The Truthful) for his unwavering faith and immediate belief in the Prophet's Night Journey . He was the first man to accept Islam and used his wealth to free slaves and support the Muslim community. After the Prophet's death, he became the first Caliph, successfully uniting the Arabian Peninsula during the Ridda Wars. His reign lasted 27 months, during which he compiled the Quran into a single book . He is buried alongside the Prophet in Medina.

ابو بکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے closest صحابی اور پہلے خلیفہ تھے۔ انہیں 'الصدیق' کے لقب سے جانا جاتا ہے۔ وہ پہلے شخص تھے جنہوں بلا تامل اسلام قبول کیا ۔ انہوں نے اپنی دولت سے غلاموں کو آزاد کروایا۔ ان کے دور خلافت میں قرآن مجید کو یکجا کیا گیا۔ وہ مدینہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کے پہلو میں دفن ہیں۔
