Yusuf

Yusuf is the Arabic form of Joseph, a prophet of Allah mentioned in the Quran. The name is derived from the Hebrew root meaning 'God increases' in piety, power, and influence. The 12th chapter of the Quran is named after him, Surah Yusuf, which is described as the most beautiful of stories. Prophet Yusuf was the son of Prophet Yaqub (Jacob) and was known for his beauty, patience, and forgiveness. He was sold into slavery in Egypt but rose to become a trusted advisor to the king, ultimately reuniting with his family.

یوسف

یوسف حضرت یوسف علیہ السلام کا عربی نام ہے، جو قرآن میں مذکور ایک نبی ہیں۔ یہ نام عبرانی جڑ سے ماخوذ ہے جس کا مطلب ہے 'اللہ بڑھاتا ہے'۔ قرآن کی 12ویں سورہ ان کے نام پر سورہ یوسف ہے، جسے سب سے خوبصورت کہانی قرار دیا گیا ہے۔ حضرت یوسف حضرت یعقوب کے بیٹے تھے اور اپنی خوبصورتی، صبر اور درگزر کے لیے مشہور تھے۔
